Who runs ResellerHub
ResellerHub is operated by ResellerHub LLC, a company registered in the United States. We build one thing: the layer between a digital seller and their resellers.
We are not a storefront and we do not want to be. You keep whatever shop you already run — SellAuth, Shopify, Komerza, or something you built yourself. ResellerHub handles what sits behind it: your catalogue, who is allowed to resell it, at what price, and how a key gets delivered the moment their customer pays.
We never hold your money
Every panel connects its own payment credentials. Reseller top-ups settle directly into your Stripe or NOWPayments account, not into a balance we control. There is no platform float, no payout queue, and nothing for you to wait on us to release. The balances you see in the panel are a ledger of credit against money you have already received.
How we treat your data
Tenant isolation
Each panel keeps its own catalogue, balances and reseller activity apart from every other store on the platform.
Monitored components
APIs, jobs and integrations are monitored, with public component health on the status page.
Scheduled backups
Backups run on a disciplined schedule so a bad day does not become a lost catalogue.
Live component health is published on our status page, and every change we ship is listed in the changelog.
